We will undertake full control of the total construction package from feasibility to completion liaising with all stakeholders from engineers, architects planning and building control, overseen by our director who has over 35 years of building experience.

	Conception – the idea
	The Feasibility Study – can it be done physically and financially
	Design – discuss the space and use
	Planning submission – survey and draw up the plans and elevations and submit to your  local council
	Obtain Full Planning Permission
	Building Regulation submission – draws and submits building regulation plans to your local council
	Building Regulation submission – draws and submits building regulation plans to your local council
	Building Notice route - no submission required, used when time is of the essence and when the building contractor is competent and fully conversant with the current regulations
	Appoint Westcott Developments
	Commence the build
	Liaise with Building Control throughout the build
	Complete all internals
	Project completion
	Issue all certificates – Part P Electrical, Gas safe – gas installation/heating
	Council Sign off
